You can send payments from the Amazon Payments website using WebPay. You can send the payment if you know the recipients e-mail address or their alias.
Note: Payments sent to unregistered users require the recipient to accept the payment. If the payment is not accepted within 30 days, the payment is returned to the sender.
Personal Accounts may receive up to $500 per month. The receiving limit may be raised or removed entirely once a credit card and verified bank account have been registered in the account.
Personal Accounts may send up to $500 per month once a credit card or verified bank account is registered in the account. Once both are registered, the sending limit may be raised or removed entirely.
Personal Accounts may withdraw funds to verified bank accounts. Also, Personal Accounts may purchase Amazon.com gift certificates. Please see Adding a Bank Account for details on verifying your bank account.
If you do not have enough money in your Amazon Payments account to cover your payment, you can choose another funding source for this payment on the Select a Payment Method page. All available funding options, including verified credit cards and verified bank accounts, will appear in a drop-down box. Select the funding method you want to use and then click Continue to complete your payment. Amazon Payments account holders cannot send funds using a credit card to their own account, or to a second account owned by the same account holder
Note: Personal Accounts can be under review for up to 24 hours from creation, additionally limit increases may take 24 hours from when the bank account or credit card was added to the account.
