How do I log in to my FPS or ASP merchant account?

Which service is being retired by Amazon Payments?
Amazon Payments is retiring the payments processing features of Amazon Flexible Payments Service (FPS) and Amazon Simple Pay (ASP). These services will no longer be available after June 1, 2015. We will notify you by email if you have used the FPS web service or ASP in the last year to process payments on your website, or through applications that you provide to third parties.
Does Amazon Payments offer another service I can use?
We recommend that you migrate to our new service, Login and Pay with Amazon. Login and Pay with Amazon was designed to meet the evolving needs of e-commerce and to offer a better experience for your customers.

Who will be affected by this?
The retirement of FPS and ASP affect you if:
- You use FPS or ASP services to process payments on your website or applications
- You are an e-commerce platform or other service provider who uses FPS or ASP for processing payments on behalf of third-parties
Will there be any change to my shopping experience on Amazon.com?
This change will not result in any changes to your Amazon.com shopping experience.
What will happen to my existing Amazon Payments account balance?
There will not be any impact on your Amazon Payments account balances as a result of this change. You will continue to have access to your account balances.
What important dates should I be aware of?
- June 1, 2015—Amazon Payments will disable the FPS or ASP enabled Amazon Payments buttons on your website. Your customers will no longer be able to complete a payment using FPS or ASP enabled Amazon Payments buttons.
- July 1, 2015—Amazon Payments will disable processing of any pending FPS or ASP enabled transactions. The FPS APIs to process payments (pay, reserve, settle, refund, and so on) will no longer execute transactions. Any scheduled payments that were set up using ASP Subscription or Donation buttons will not be processed. We will also disable the FPS/ASP Sandbox environment on July 1, 2015.
- October 1, 2015—Amazon Payments will disable access to the FPS Account Management APIs used to programmatically request account information and transaction details. Your transaction history will continue to be available on the Amazon Payments website.
What will I have to do to continue to offer Amazon Payments on my site?
To offer Amazon Payments on your site, we recommend integrating with Login and Pay with Amazon. The following FAQ provide you with more information about migration.

When can I migrate to Login and Pay with Amazon?
You can start integrating with Login and Pay with Amazon now.
What type of integration to Login and Pay with Amazon should I choose?
Login and Pay with Amazon offers two integration approaches:
- Full integration—A widget and API-based integration that enables you to keep customers on your site. Use this option if you have advanced payments needs (for example, real time calculation of shipping and tax rates, recurring payments, or splitting or deferring payments for an order). This option is recommended for sellers currently using the FPS service.
Will I have to register a new Amazon Payments account to use Login and Pay with Amazon?
Yes. All sellers, marketplaces and solution providers currently using FPS or ASP will have to complete our registration process prior to integrating Login and Pay with Amazon. We strongly recommend that you use the same email address and password that are associated with your FPS or ASP account. This will help us provide better customer service. Please refer to our migration guides for more information about registration and account setup.
What changes in my integration do I need to make if I want to use Login and Pay with Amazon?
The amount of integration effort depends on the FPS or ASP features that you were using. Please refer to the migration guides for more information.
Can I schedule recurring payments with Login and Pay with Amazon, as I did with ASP Subscription or ASP Donation buttons?
Unlike ASP Subscription or ASP Donations button, Login and Pay with Amazon does not provide you with the ability to schedule recurring payments. To process recurring payments, you will need to maintain the recurring payments schedule in your subscription management or billing system, and initiate a request to Amazon Payments when you want to charge the customer. If you do not have a subscription management platform, there are Solution Providers that provide subscription management services, including ChargeBee, FoxyCart, and Recurly. Note that these Solution Providers are third parties unaffiliated with Amazon and if you choose to use one you will be contracting directly with the Solution Provider for the services offered. What will happen to active recurring or automatic payments set up using FPS or ASP?
We will stop processing active recurring payments after July 1, 2015. For additional information, see Migrating ASP and FPS Subscriptions to Login and Pay with Amazon.
I am a marketplace business or a solution provider. Do my customers have to take any action after the migration?
If you are a marketplace business, solution provider, or an integrator, your sellers will also need to register for Login and Pay with Amazon. You can create a co-branded registration pipeline that will allow your sellers to register with Amazon Payments. We recommend that they use the same email address and password during registration that they are currently using for FPS or ASP. Also, you will need to ask your sellers to set up their account information in Seller Central. For more information, refer to the "Solution Provider and Marketplace Business" topic in the Migration Guide for Flexible Payments Service.
How long will I be able to access my transaction data?
You will continue to have access to your transaction history on the Amazon Payments website. If you want to access this information programmatically using the FPS Account Management APIs, you must do so by October 1, 2015. After this date, the only way to access this information will be through the Amazon Payments website.
How long will I be able to request disbursements of my Amazon Payments account balances?
You will continue to have access to your account balances. Your ability to request disbursement will not be affected by this change.
Which portal will I use to manage my account after migration?
After you register for Login and Pay with Amazon, you will receive access to Amazon Seller Central. You can use Seller Central to manage your account information, review account balances, manage disputes, and download reports. Review our help topic on Creating & Managing Your Account for more information.
After migration to Login and Pay with Amazon, how will I get paid?
After you migrate to Login and Pay with Amazon, we will automatically disburse funds to the bank account that you linked to your account in Seller Central. Typically, your first disbursement takes place 14 days after your first order with Login and Pay with Amazon. After that, Amazon Payments disburses funds on a daily basis. Please note that Amazon Payments will withhold a minimum balance, called a Reserve, in your account to secure payment obligations that may arise after delivery, such as refunds or A-to-z Guarantee claims.
Which reserve tier will apply to me after I migrate?
By default, you will be subject to Reserve Tier I. You can qualify for a tier upgrade if you have an active selling history using Amazon Payments (including FPS or ASP) or the Amazon.com Marketplace. For more information, see our help topic on Reserves.
